Content images, videos for this website will be provided by you.
Design will be as per the selected theme, from the options given. Any change in the theme colour / format is not supported.
Maintenance does not include design change efforts. Maintenance involves server upkeep and content upload services based on content sent on email.
Data entry services not provided, any content to be uploaded needs to be sent in copy friendly format over email. We will not type data from photographs of documents sent.
Payment of 24k+GST is asked as an upfront amount and the rest of the amount is to be cleared in the above-mentioned schedule of 15 days. No refunds.
The project cost is being charged only for the functionality as communicated earlier. Any third-party costing like (but not limited to) content writing, online / offline advertising, SEO, computer hardware, data entry, networking, internet expenses, operating systems, document editing software, Tally software, stationery, electricity expenses, manpower expenses, furniture fixtures, third party software, etc is not included in this cost and is payable separately to the concerned third party, if deemed necessary by the client.
We would be only deploying the functional binaries on the cloud server and share the login credentials for your account with you. The source code of the entire software will remain our IP (intellectual Property). We will not give you the source code for this software, database scripts or any documentation of the internal architecture of the software at any point during or after your subscription to this service. This remains true even in case the company ceases to exist any longer.
Training and support will be provided to your team after deployment of the software over remote screen sharing over the internet and via telephone in standard business hours. We provide only remote support and do not provide any sort of physical support. High Speed internet connection (minimum 10Mbps) is required if the customer needs remote desktop sharing support. Our work timings are Mon – Sat 10 AM to 7 PM, except holidays. All calls to and from our offices will be over a recorded line. We reserve the right to withdraw telephone support, email support and all other forms of training and support if there are complaints of unruly, harsh or undignified behaviour from the client.
Escalation of issues only if the issue remains unresolved by front-line in a reasonable amount of time.
In the case of online payment made via this website, transaction fees charged would be borne by the cardholder for any payment. Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons
If the client defaults on any payment schedule, MR Softwares reserves the right to stop the software from functioning partially or completely. No Support will be offered for the software in case of default in payment. We also disclaim responsibility for any data, domain loss that might occur if the providers truncate your installation due to non-payment of dues.
All disputes subject to Ujjain Jurisdiction.

In case you wish to discontinue our services, you may do so by informing us in writing and clearing all outstanding dues.
Your domain will be transferred to a GoDaddy account provided by you. We need the username and customer ID of the new account to start this process. We will not create the GoDaddy account for you.
The existing content of the website can be downloaded from the website by you or the next provider whom you engage. This content will remain available on your website, until the time the hosting expires. Hosting will expire in exactly one year from the date you make payment or as agreed upon, and will renew for one year after every renewal payment is done.
We will not download or send backups of the website data over email. As explained above, that responsibility will be of the next provider. There are a lot of free tools available on the internet, which can be used to copy website data.
After the web hosting expires due to non-payment of dues, all the existing content on the website may be lost forever, and the website may stop showing on the internet. After this, if you request us to give data, it will not be possible.

Payment gateway is being added to this project on the following understanding:

Integration of the payment gateway is a decision that the customer is making, and MR SOFTWARES is not forcing upon the customer. Our support will only facilitate communication between the client and the payment gateway. MR SOFTWARES or its associates/employees will not be financially or legally liable for any disputes arising out of these transactions.
If you do not want to integrate the payment partner suggested by MR SOFTWARES, you can suggest another payment gateway, but we will not in any case take responsibility for any financial losses and disputes.
‘Transaction costs are to be borne by the customer’, this clause needs to be clearly sent by the vendor to MR SOFTWARES, in absence of which the charges would be deducted from the Vendor’s credit.
